All accommodation booked with Boulevard On Beaumont is subject to the following:

• All bookings MUST be secured with a credit card - no exceptions!

• The management of the Boulevard on Beaumont reserves the right to cancel any room reservation due to circumstances beyond their control.

• Deposits:
  A deposit equal to one nights accommodation per room booked is required at the time the booking is made. Payment will only be accepted via credit card. Please note that personal, business or corporate cheques WILL NOT be accepted.

• Payment of Accounts:
  24 hours prior to your arrival a ‘pre-authority’ will be taken from your credit card for the total accommodation + a AU$ 100.00 security deposit. (A pre authority means the funds have been ‘frozen’ by your bank). Please note this security deposit is refunded at the end of your stay, less any applicable incidental charges such as mini-bar, telephone, dry cleaning etc. Upon check out if you choose to pay by other approved means; EFTPOS, Direct Credit, Australian Money Order or Cash; The pre-authority will be removed & the funds released from your card. Please note that personal, business or corporate cheques WILL NOT be accepted. Please note that NO EXCEPTIONS to our payment terms will be considered.

• Cancellations:
  A full refund will be made for bookings that have notified us of the cancellation not less than 24 hours prior to check in. Cancellations not requested within the refundable 24 hour period incur a fee equal to one nights accommodation per room booked.

• General:
  All damages, breakages, room service fees, mini bar usage, telephone calls, etc. will be payable upon checkout. Check in time is 2.00 pm and check out time is 11.00 am.

PLEASE NOTE:
The hotel is a completely non-smoking establishment, that includes the car park, guest rooms, hallways and balconies. A AU$ 400.00 penalty will apply if smoke is detected in the premises
